Galaxy S20 FE | S20 | S20+ | S20 Ultra

Saya melakukan trade in samsung s10+ saya dengan s20+ sekitar bulan maret waktu pameran di salah satu mall terbesar di surabaya. Sekitar awal akhir bulan mei, tiba2 device error setelah charge, karena malam nya habis update software yang disarankan samsung. Tiba2 muncul koneksi usb terputus/tersambung dan tidak bisa hilang. Saya bawa ke samsung service center di kota jayapura, karena saya kerja di kota ini. Oleh teknisi di software ulang, tetap tidak hilang. Terus karena masih garansi, saya minta service dan ternyata sparepart kosong. Saya harus menunggu order sparepart. Pada saat itu order sparepart sekitar tanggal 31 mei, dan sampai hari ini dan detik ini belum ada telepon mengenai sparepart tersebut. Info dari CS online samsung saya harus sabar menunggu sparepart tersebut. Sampai saat ini masih trouble dan device cepat panas juga baterai cepat habis. 1 hari bisa charge 3x. Saya takut masa/usia device saya berkurang karena trouble ini. Kenapa pihak samsung tidak mengajukan replace produk/tukar baru karena kondisi sparepart yang susah sampai hari ini. Mohon kebiijakan dan kerjasama nya... terima kasih

Sy beli s20 ultra 2 minggu yg lalu. Sayang kwalitas tdk seperti harganya. Batere boros, cepet panas dan terlalu sensi. Masa sehari bisa 2 kali charge itu batere, kan merepotkan customer Apa cacat pabrikan. Kl tdk apa tdk ada quality control sebelum release. Tanggapan pasti normatif, akan diteruskan ke pihak terkait dan bla bla bla. Harusnya kl cacat pabrikan ada solusi yg jelas. Terima kasih.

Saya ga bisa ngomongin mengenai spek disini karena pasti udah banyak para ahli gadget yang review S20+ ini. Untuk BTS Edition secara design BAGUS banget. Handphonenya bener-bener cantik dan elegan :D Cuma ternyata BTS XR nya belom full semua ya, baru ada sampe Suga, jadi sepertinya harus tunggu untuk XR semua personel. bUt thats fine! ARMY pasti akan suka banget pake HP ini karena bener2 BTS banget~ ^0^

i made the switch to iphone about seven years ago because as much as i loved samsung products the the complaints that i had at the time apple had fixed. flash forward to a few months ago and all i can say about apple is that they make a good product however it is boring. my s20 plus is absolutely incredible. the camera is outstanding, the screen resolution is like liquid, the speed and versatility of the phone is unlike any other product on the market. samsung has not only blown iphone out of the water in my opinion, they've also reclaimed one of their wayward sons for life. i'll never own anything but a samsung phone again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've been with apple iphone for 6 years and i thought i'd never go back to a android until now . i'm loving my samsung galaxy s20 5g .it's even faster then my previous iphone which was a iphone xr the pictures etc...im a happy customer there's so much more i can do with this phone i could charge up another device just by putting it side by side and mirroring the tv without needs of a apple tv .iphones don't come with different themes with your phone like a samsung s20 would its seem more personalized then the basic set up all iphone users have .i could go on for days but my words would exceed what i could write on here .

If you planning to upgrade your currenr smartphone, please consider to look for Galaxy S20's series and take ur time to compare between each model especially S20+ and S20 Ultra. For me, the reason im choosing S20+ is the camera function on both. One of S20+ got which Ultra doesnt is the lack of of dual focus on the device and the Samsung still new on these camera program on the Ultra while Samsung did used the last year best of the best camera program on the S20+ alomg with upgraded camera spec. Other than that all are same to me. You cant notice the different between largest battery and 12gb ram on the Ultra vs 8gb on the S20+. So the real deal for me is S20+

i love samsung, but i am disappointed with some features. for starters i personally loved my headphone jack because so many people don't have usb c cords. the volume buttons are right where my old power button used to be it makes it more difficult to take a one handed screenshot. i really hate that there is no way to see notifications but i know everyone wants a full screen. overall it's expensive and has a lot of bells and whistles that i probably won't ever use. the camera is amazing and the color is a gorgeous cobalt blue. it's a great phone. personally i wish they would keep it user friendly for those that only use it for phone calls, texting, and social media.

Pemakaian belum 1 jam tapi baterai sudah terkuras 20an persen padahal cuma dipakai memainkan musik dan browsing.

Biasanya samsung harga mahal tapi puas.....ini bayar paling mahal tapi ga sesuai ekspektasi...bisa dikatakan s 20 ultra adalah smartphone android terburuk samsung yang pernah saya pakai...jadit trauma ke depan untuk beli samsung

i have owned every galaxy phone except for s6 & s10, this one is by far the best. beautiful screen, fast processor, excellent sound and good signal quality in areas where other phones have issues. battery life is great, lasts all day at work. fingerprint scanner is excellent, fast and reliable & can also be used to open apps. camera takes beautiful pictures & video. expanded memory with sd card is a valuable feature. i use every feature this device has to offer, and it has not let me down. this phone in concert with the galaxy watch and samsung earbuds + add pleasure and efficiency to my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i upgraded from a galaxy s10+ to the s20+. the s10+ is built to last. it does not glitch and is very reliable. i find myself migrating back to it constantly when my s20+ has problems. i reboot my s20+ three times a day, because of the touch display glitching. the phone is used mostly for work like email, research, and communication functions. i also mildly game and watch youtube. i have factory reset my phone and stopped using the 120hz refresh rate, but the problem still exists. i have two questions for the forum. is there a remedy to this problem? furthermore, does anyone else had this problem?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device runs smooth, has a great display and a long battery. Runs multiple apps with no lag. The only issue that the camera has focus issues. This did get resolved with the 21 series. Samsung touts one of the best cameras in a smart phone. For the average consumer this is the biggest priority. To come up short on the camera is almost a failed product in a mobile phone nowadays. Please let this phone be an example and an opportunity to learn from the mistakes made on the camera. In turn those device is a great for learning about camera tech for future mobile device. Keep up the good work

Definitely didn't want an IPhone so I decided to spend the extra money for a galaxy. These phones are so much different than other Android phones I've used in the best ways! It is soooo much faster to use than others. Gaming on this phone is amazing with its speed and large screen. Battery life is very good and it charges to full charge in an hour with a fast cable. I'm highly impressed. It was also beautiful and sleek to unbox and picks up signal everywhere I go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've been using samsung phones since my first s3 and i recently upgraded from the s10 plus and i gotta say samsung nailed it with the s20 plus. this phone is the real deal and how could go wrong with such a big 6.7 inch display with 120 hz refresh rate and 12 gigs of ram for the most extreme users as myself. this phone is so snappy and fast. the camera is amazing and i've had no issues with freezing or bad shots. bottom line, for less $ and same performance as the ultra this is the device to upgrade to. just a beautiful and fast device. definitely one of the best smartphones of 2020

i've always been a fan of samsung and have owned the samsung s and samsung note series. out of the s20+ 5g 512gb, i was expecting so much more than the last note 8. better hardware across the board, except the hardware does not communicate effectively because of the software implemented. maybe faster than the note 8, yes. graphics (120 hz) are better, yes. battety life is great, i must admit. but the camera is absolutely terrible. the s20+ is not the phone for photos. my note 8 hands down took better photos. the s20+ is constantly searching for focus and never seems to produce a true quality photo. my wife has the iphone 11 pro and although i've been an android guy forever, i'm starting to rethink my loyalty....

sebenernya kalo dibilang mirip seri A ,iya sii, tapi untungnya gw beli warna grey jadi masih kliatan premium lahh , trus untuk layarnya bagus bgttt parah dan bezel nya tipis bgt ,sayangnya layarnya gak se-edge (s8-s10) .untuk camera ok,kalau batre si gw cas jam 6 pagi abisnya pas magrib lebih dikit lah.untuk ngecasnya bagi gw cepet juga gk terasa tiba tiba udah nambah banyak.overall bagus si ,cuma saran gw kalian belinya yg warna grey aja kliatan premium

Harga lumayan mahal ya, beli S20 Plus baru pake 4 bulanan tpi LCD pecah. Tanpa jatuh (masa ia kehimpit di tas aja pecah) kalah jauh sama HP merk buah. 1 kali ini lah pake ini.

Saya baru saja menggunakan S20+ sejak tgl 29 nov.. tetapi pada tgl 04 des.. sudah muncul garis tipis hitam kayak benang pada layar nya. Padahal handphone tidak pernah jatuh, tergores ataupun tertindih. saya sudah kembali ke store untuk menanyakan perihal tersebut, juga sudah ke service center. malah endingnya mau direplace layar LCD nya...baru seminggu sudah mau diganti LCD nya... benar2 tidak recommend seri ini. CACAT PRODUK.

i had a galaxy s9+ and i traded it for a galaxy s20+. love it, the camera is great. it is fast, super easy to use, and so beautiful. the only downside is the fingerprint in the front. it has a permanent circle in the front the looks tacky. also makes it almost impossible to be able to buy a good screen protector compatible with the fingerprint in the front. worst idea ever. i loved the fingerprint being in the back as it was in the s9+. other than the horrible very noticeable circle in the front for the fingerprint. i love everything else about the s20+.

Upgraded to the S20+ after being a Huawei and Sony Xperia user previously . Since getting this phone i have basically put it through every test possible and it passes every test with ease. The 120hz refresh rate is amazing, the colours on screen are amazing. The Phone charges extremely quickly and usually gives me an entire day with constant social media usage. The phone is pretty thin and sleek so a hard case is definitely needed to protect the device . As a photographer this device is a beast. Even if you don't know how to use the Pro mode for Photo and Video the Camera AI delivers sharp, bright and high quality snaps . You do not even have to edit the photos any further using 3rd party android apps . If you are due for an upgrade this is the perfect device for your needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's a phone with more capability than i can use, which helps to justify the insanely high price tag. excellent screen. the size of phone is a bit oversized. i'm glad i got the 512 gb memory. the phone needs about 60gb just to run with no apps. it's 'more powerful' than my old phone. i bought it because i wanted 5g. maybe i'll 'grow into it' but as of now, it's nothing to do cartwheels over and other than offering 5g i don't really see that it's any better than many phones being offered at 1/3 the price.

literally just got this phone in the mail tuesday... i have all the screen protectors and nice case ordered (coming in mail tomorrow.) my fiance's friend wanted to check the new s20 plus out so i was letting him look at it. he accidentally dropped it from knee height on my hardwood floor and it shattered the entire back and the whole camera area too. not just a small crack but shattered bad. this phone is way way too fragile. the drop was not onto something like concrete and not from high up. i have had samsung and only samsung for years now... this is my first big time disappointment because it is just too easily broken. brand new phone is shattered in my hands right this moment from a minimal drop. #disappointed ... liked my note 10+ way way way way better than this piece of junk.

this phone is great! the display is beautiful and even the back of the phone is aesthetically pleasing. it's fast and has plenty of storage for apps, photos, videos, music, and whatever else you can think of. the sound and call quality are exceptional and far better than any phone i have owned. it's packed with features that are both useful and cool. the camera is amazing and the tools for screen capture and recording are very intuitive. i should have switched to samsung a long time ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this phone because the note I wanted wasn't available but to my surprise I'm very pleased with it went from a note 3 to note edge, s7 edge, note 4, note 8 and wanted to go to newest note but since it wasn't available I settled for this one and I'm very pleased love the battery life, big bright screen, how quick it is and all the great Samsung features it comes with make it complete. The only think I miss and the reason I wanted a note is the pen but overall I'm very happy with it

The phone is amazing, it has wonderful features. The display is so sharp and bright, and the sound is crisp. I'm a little disappointed with the photo quality. There is too much contrast, and they come out darker than the setting. Also the faces don't look so natural, there is too much softening or something going on. I had to go into pro mode to make the pictures more brighter and lighter. I miss my Galaxy S10 photos. The phone looks great, and the size is perfect

All I can say is that this phone works for me. I love it, with the battery I can very easily get through a whole entire day if not two without having to worry about the charger. Yes this phone is a bit on the pricey side of things but very well worth it in my opinion. I did find a few draw backs though, Bixby is in need of updates to not only be on par with other virtual assistants but to better understand it’s users. It doesn’t take long to become very annoyed by Bixby’s constant “I don’t understand”. Also Samsung never mention a credit card is required for the free months trials to YouTube premium, Spotify premium, etc. I feel that a credit card shouldn’t have to be used at all. Besides these things, this is one awesome phone that packs serious power (Snapdragon version). I wish the screen was wider as it is longer.

this phone is amazing all in all. lightweight, amazing photos, all the things you love about the galaxy model. my only 2 major complaints, the biometric id is on the front screen. i've not found a single screen protector yet can that can read through it, so you leave it open to damage which really stinks. it was so much better on the back camera area. the second is that there isn't a normal earphone jack. samsung please fix these two things on the next version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it about a year ago and everything was fine, i really liked it but now after the year it develops major issues like the screen was white for more than a week and later it fixed itself, happened again a few times but only for a minute and the USB C port works for charging but now it doesn't work for headphones, everything else works, Ive taken good care of my phone, doesn't even have a scratch anywhere so i guess they are just built like this which is sad.

Design nya body dan kamera, sama sekali ga istimewa untuk kelas seri S, kalau ketemu org sy sering dikira pakai A51/A71, dan tentu saja jadi ga nyaman juga dong kalau gitu gengsi nya jadi jatoh, gimanapun seri S itukan kelas tinggi di samsung. Ga kayak generasi sblmnya yg designnya beda dari kelas bawah dan emang fancy kelihatannya. Untuk software bahkan menurut sy lumayan mirip dengan A71, sisanya banyak fitur tak terpakai seperti samsung kids.

The ease of use and performance goes without saying. I love the space and expandability This phone has some of the better cameras. I love the pro modes. I even found user for the quick share and music share features. The only issue I have is how it connects to my earbuds and the screen brightness in certain light.

I have the BTS version for about a month now. All is good except that the thump ID to unlock is not as responsive as expected. The headset quality could be improved. The sound coming out of it is not good. I actually but an adapter so that I can use my bose wired headphone which sound a lot better than the headset that comes with the phone. I understand that the headset is free, but quality can still be improved.

i upgraded from the galaxy note 9 which i loved, so i was curious if there was a phone that could possibly top it. i bought the s20+ and was blown away. the screen resolution is immaculate and clear. the size is perfect, and i love how intuitive the system is. customization is incredible on this device. the new camera features are very fun to play with. this feels like what a premium phone should feel like.

I'm using the S20+ for about 10 months ,, the features are valuable and the device is continuously updating and fixing the existing errors,, EXCEPT the performance and flowness of the device is being decreased over time and being slower with poor smoothness eleven when using the 120 hz rate,,, and the battery is miserable while using the high refresh rate,, we are hoping th fix these problems,,,

I bought this to upgrade from my S10 Plus, and I loved it, so was a little hesitant to like it. But when I got it and turned it on I was speechless. This is the best Samsung phone yet, and that is saying something. I use a smartphone in my work all day, every day, and after using it it stands up, all day. Well worth the money and recommend it if you are looking for the latest and greatest.

After 2 weeks with my galaxy s20 plus, all i can say is samsung never dissapoint their customers with their flagship devices the phone is super smooth, camera is great, battery is v.good and finally the phone itself feels premium and wonderful to hold (cloud blue color) although i was not enough attracted when i first saw it online but in hand it is a different story Great job samsung

It has everything you need in a smartphone with software customization, 5G, and more. The best part is its expandable storage with a micro SD card slot to store music, movies, videos, and pictures without having to delete anything because you ran out of space with the onboard memory.

I bought this phone a few weeks ago and i still remember feeling excited when receive it...just that a bit sad because i didn't bought the buds... and no poster..! Despite being a bit sad i just lobe everything about the phone! Especially because it is BTS version which is my favourite part including its feature and all things inside the phone!

After spending this point of money, I was expecting something more. But the battery life is disappointing and the camera too. The zooming feature is good, this is a fact. But, I'm not a snipper nor shooting for National Geography, this feature is too redundant. I rather to have a macro camera to shoot beautiful petal or even a water droplet.

And my s 20 plus 5g did as well.i am now running out of space to download amongst anything and it seems the camera has decreased in quality, especially shooting video in the dark.

I have always been a Samsung phone user and love their phones but this device is great. My brother was also impressed with my phone that he ditched his I-Phone 11 for a new Samsung Z-fold. Simply the best phones.
