Red LED light appears on Samsung soundbar or Music Frame

A red LED light on your Samsung soundbar or Music Fame indicates that the microphone is turned off. You can easily resolve this by turning on the microphone. When the microphone is turned on, the red LED light will no longer appear.
Turning on the microphone on your Samsung soundbar or Music Frame is simple. You will need to locate and press the microphone button on the soundbar or Music Frame.
Samsung soundbar
The microphone button will be located on the far right side of the top panel. To locate the panel, make sure the product is positioned with the Samsung logo facing up.
Samsung Music Frame
The microphone button will be located on the bottom of the right side panel.
Note: Samsung soundbars and speakers that support the microphone function are the Q9, Q8, S6, S8, and the Music Frame series.
