Positives: It has many washing cycles. Its extremely quiet when on. Hardly any noise when it spin cycles. Sends a text to your phone when its completed. Negatives: Touch screen buttons, so you have to hit it in the right spot to actual turn it on or off. The cycle options only allow for a minimal amount of washing load, even though its a 9kg machine. We have 4 kids, so brought this with the hope it would be good for us, but having wash cycles that allow you to only wash a small 2-5kgs at a time for specific loads, its just a waste of time/water/power

I love the integration with Smartthings (it set itself up on Smartthings, not sure how, but it was easy), allowing me to setup the wash on my phone with ease and monitor its progress and then Alexa annouces when the wash is complete so it doesnt sit around in the machine for hours. The machine is so quiet even on full spin and a lot more efficient than my old machine which saves on electicity.

I was delighted to receive my new 9kg Samsung bespoke AI washing machine. This is my second samsung washing machine, the other is an 11kg but its not "smart" and i dont normally have a full load for that. I love that this one uses the smart things app where i can choose the program and tweak the temperature, spin speeds and number of rinses on my phone. It allows me to search for the most appropriate cycle for the fabrics I want to wash and send the program to the machine. The machine checks the load and adjusts timings to suit and the display shows time remaining for the program. There is a speed cycle that takes just 39 minutes which is great and a shorter 15minute quick wash. A cotton wash is done in under one and a half hours. The appearance is good and there is an audible signal when the program ends and the app also sends a notification. It is really quiet and my laundry has been washed well.

I purchased this a month ago as a replacement for my old Samsung machine that lasted 8 years and worked very well. The machine says it has a 9kg load capacity which it does but only on certain programmes. The Eco wash takes a 9kg load but I am unsure how it can be eco as it takes nearly 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete. There is a speed wash about 45 mins but that only takes 5kg. The wash for bedding only takes a load of 2kg and is on for about 2 hours. I am not convinced that my duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillow cases don't weigh more than this which means splitting it into two loads (I am spending lots of time jumping on the scales weighing baskets of washing!). There is a time delay on the machine but this is controlled though an app om your mobile, not just simple press buttons like my old machine. Sadly after owning this for about a month I am not entirely happy with my new washing machine, hopefully this will improve.

Great looking washing machine efficiency rating excellent with the technology on the app shows you what electric plus cost. App good for picking the correct cycle required for your load. Very quite machine plus 1400 spin cycle fantastic nearly dry when complete with zero creases in the clothes. Performance for me 10/10

Really quiet and efficient washing machine. It's cleans excellently. There are lots of programs that make choosing the right wash so easy. 11kg drum is perfect for our busy houshold of four. It can also wash clothes really quickly, and it's super energy efficient too. I would really recommend buying this machine.

Was replacing our 7kg LG washer that we had for around 12 years. Was considering another LG but the price point was not quite where I thought it should be. Took a gamble with this Samsung unit and been a very good unit to own. Probably better value than what we would have got if we got the equivalent LG unit.

Early days but the 15 min and the 40 minute quick wash are really useful. The WiFi informing us of when the washing is done on a phone has now made our timer redundant. Only issue is the age old one of small socks getting caught in the door seal.

So the few positives first - it has loads of washing options and weight limits, so you can save on power and water. Secondly it is SUPER quiet when washing, I had to keep checking it was still on. Now the negatives - There are NO buttons. So you have to keep trying to hit the sensor buttons at the right spot or the buttons don't work.. Such a pain. But the Worse thing about this washer is the spin cycle - IT IS HORRENDOUS!! We tried to do three different loads of washing. The undergarments only, the kids school uniforms and then my husband's work uniform. We tried each option with the correct weight limit and powder ratio. Everything went fine during the wash cycle, but as soon as the machine starts spinning when draining, it litteraly started moving across the floor and smacked into our wash tub! I even tried it with only a pair of pants and a t-shirt and it still spun so viciously. I'm not even kidding you, I can't even slide this machine on my own when it's off and yet it vibrsted across our floor pulling all wires and tubes with it. I had to sit on the machine while my husband tried to push the dumb sensor off button. I do NOT recommend this washer and will be contacting our place of purchase. It is unsafe and definitely will not be able to wash a 9kg load.
